- You choose your menu
- You will not see our wine list
- You tell us your wine color preference (white, rosé or red)
and budget for one bottle
- We choose the wine for you, decant it (bottle hidden by a sock!) and serve it ‘blind’
- At the end of dinner, you try to identify the grape variety -only-
(or predominant if blend)
(Example, if white: chardonnay, if red: cabernet sauvignon)
- If you are right, your first bottle is free of charge!
