FROM OUR WINE CELLAR

S

ip’s founder, Christian Vannequé, is a sommelier by trade. His credentials were established in the early ’70s becoming France’s youngest Head Sommelier, at the age of 20, at La Tour d’Argent in Paris where he remained for ten years. It was a humbling and gratifying experience for Christian and his team of 14 sommeliers and cellar men to ‘nourish’ and guard the largest wine cellar in the world; currently comprising 500,000 bottles! Today at Sip, our wine list hopefully reflects a passion and dedication to good wine.
Amitiés vineuses!
