At SIP we don’t purée vegetables, the vinegar is not balsamic

and nothing is on a bed of anything.

 

 

We don’t talk non-essential biodynamic, cult or boutique wines.

 

 

The food and attitude are simply genuine and fun

but most of all at SIP, wine is King!
